When ever I am with you, I can’t help but smile,
I want to stay with you for more than just awhile.
My day brightens up and I feel like everything is alright.
I grin from the first moment I see you, and until you leave my sight.
So that makes my Christmas extremely more confusing,
Which I already know you will find quite amusing.
This Christmas I want what I can’t possess
Can’t hold, hang on, sustain or caress.
You have touched my life in more ways than one,
You’ve made work entertaining, exciting, hell even fun.
I wish things could be different, some how some way,
Some where, some place, where we can talk all day.
You’ve always told me to be confident and to chase my dreams
And since Santa isn’t real, my gift will never come so it seems
If you still don’t know what’s on my wish list, I will give you a clue
