Words from the set...

I know, I know, it's been ages since i've posted, but life's been busy, more than usual. It's interim here at school, and for the J-term i'm assistant directing the theatre show. We're doing Calderon's Life is a Dream, which is amazing, but thus far i've done nothing but watch the director work. That should change this week as i'll be running rehearsals for half an hour a day when the director is gone, but the other 7.5 hours are still gonna be kinda slow. I'm learning, though, it's good to see a real director at work. On my own directing front today was the first day of filming for the movie i'm making this month. Just to make sure the camera was working I sat down with the footage afterwards and cut the scene together. I'm quite please with how it came out and i'll link to it once it's online. I've a few hours to waste (i'll probably work on the screenplay for the other film i'm working on) and then we're shooting another scene. Busy month, but good. I likely won't much (I confess, I haven't made it a habit yet). So, until then, ta.
