Yes, greeting her as Aoko was just fine. Which is how the young girl found herself approaching Kazuha with a tentative smile, hands linked behind her back.
"You sound like you're new," she offered in a friendly manner, "I've noticed that a lot of people ask that same question right when they arrive."

Aoko certainly didn't dislike her rival, but she honestly didn't think she looked that much like Mouri... did she?
