Yet another Conan has come to the Dressing Room. One who was actually a bit taller than the usual Conan. He looks more like he's eleven. Maybe even twelve

"Yes! If you can't do the stitches, i can, but I won't be able to thread it with my arm like this." He's kind of in the hurry because a small body couldn't afford to lose as much blood as a bigger one.
This Kaito is younger than the one he's likely looking for. It's pretty obvious to him at least that this Conan is too old to be the one he knows. That's not what matters though. It's still a version of Conan and he's hurt. Why does he keep running into versions of his detectives in bad condition?
And did he just call for Kaito? "What the- What happened?!"
Buildings exploding? Snake? Well that sounded wonderful. This was obviously not the time to mention that he doesn't really know what Conan's talking about. That arm looked bad.
"... Let's get you out of here. We need to do something about that arm." Ugh, why didn't he raid the infirmary the last time he was in there? He was definitely doing it this time just in case. The infirmary was a bit farther away than it was when he'd found Hakuba, but he couldn't leave the arm like that for too long.
Taking his jacket off he pressed it tightly against the wound on Conan's arm. "There's an infirmary in this place, but this is going to have to do until we can get there."
((Fff. I think this is what you're supposed to do in a situation like this. XD;))
Conan will notice that. Eventually. After the adrenalin wears off and the bleeding's stopped.
"Good. Lead the way," Conan said, pushing the jacket against his wear. It slowed down the bleeding some, the jacket able to apply pressure effectively that just his hand.
I know who that Conan is~ Should I bring in broken!Ran now or later?karates_doorsJanuary 29 2010, 02:55:04 UTC
Luckily for him, there were plenty of people who did know this place by now. Ran might be directionally challenged (and she was firmly of the opinion that it wasn't her fault, especially with the way the mansion worked), but she knew where all the important rooms were. Most importantly, the infirmary.
And even if she hadn't, there was no way she could have walked away after hearing the pained, strained tone in Conan's voice. It just wouldn't have been her.
She was carrying a couple of books, having been on her way back from the library, but Ran dropped them without a second thought and took off running for where she'd heard the call coming from.
"Conan-kun!" He wasn't far, thank goodness. Ran rounded a corner into the next hallway, sneakers digging into the carpet, and caught sight of the boy leaning heavily against the wall further down the corridor. The blood dripping down his arm attracted her attention almost immediately, keeping her from noticing any age discrepancies. "Conan-kun!This was the second injured Conan she'd run

Later, I think. He's gonna freak as is.never_returnedJanuary 29 2010, 02:59:37 UTC
Conan looked up at the voice and froze, his eyes widening dramatically. In fact, he didn't move even an inch until she touched him.
And then he jerked back like he had been burn. "No...no, I don't need this. Not again..."
He believed it a delusion. A hallucination of blood loss. And something he couldn't face. He didn't look away from Ran, but his expression did change from the shock and surprise. Now...he looked terrified.
Ran stopped dead with her hand still outstretched, shocked and surprised by Conan's reaction. "Wh-what...?"
He looked so scared. Of her. Ran had met her share of alternate Conans in this world, but she hadn't ever met one so terrified just to see her.
What had she done in his world to warrant that kind of reaction?
"Conan-kun," she said again, more softly, attempting to reach out for his wound again. Slowly, he's already scared... "I'm not going to hurt you. Please, just let me see. You're bleeding really bad..."
"That's kind of obvious!" Conan said, hysterics entering his tone. "Clearly I'm hallucinating from blood loss! If I let you treat it, I'll bleed to death. This can only be in my head." Logic. He was trying to apply logic with what didn't fit with how he saw things.

Are you okay, Conan-kun?!

No, wait. Don't say anything he can't take back. That'd be bad.
"No...I need stitches for my arm. The bleeding won't stop. Too deep a cut, but...I don't think it's an artery."

"The building exploded and Snake was around. What do you THINK happened?!"
He's kind of in a bad mood too. Pain would do that.

Ran was gone.
That wasn't going to change.
And he didn't dare to try to believe otherwise.
