Saguru is currently making squawking noises. This is perfectly normal for someone in his position - the position of just having crash landed onto someone, that is.

Hurriedly, he starts trying to get off whoever it is. Because for some reason, the voice seems familiar...

"Ngh..." The more you move, the more he can move, and eventually he's pulling himself out and back up. "What the he-" Wait is that- "Eh... Hakuba..?" Oof. How rude Conan, you didn't add a 'niisan'.

"Ah, careful with the wings!" He's new to them, and they're all over the place, and he doesn't know you know what it feels like.

And then he realises. "Conan-kun?" Colour him surprised.

It's Conan, but his response is probably a bit dryer than one would expect. "...Wings..?" He sees them but...

Hakuba continues scrambling away until he's at a better distance from the boy. The wings flutter out experimentally, which he blinks at, confused. And then he simply sighs, one hand covering his face.

"I," he said bluntly, "am going to kill Kuroba for this..."

Of course, it's quite obvious that he's not actually serious, but the sentiment for revenge IS there.

He raises an eyebrow. "Kuroba?" Him? "He did this?"

...Is... Does he actually have magic in that world or something thatwouldbehorrible-

"Not exactly, I have to admit. But allow me for now to pass him the blame via immediate association."

Because having someone to put the blame on for this in the first place was good. Even if he had somewhat asked for it.

Conan gets a flat look for that.

"I did." Blink. "And you're several years older than you should be."

Alright now association... That one is far too likely than he likes to think about.

He shrugs. "That seems to be a constant." Very constant really. He's also finding himself painfully reminded of how different he is as a result... Ick. "...So you literally walked off a game board?" Huh. "Do I want to know?" Since it's obvious to him that the wings aren't 'normal' for this Hakuba, nor are the clothes...

"Kuroba being to blame for things? Somehow, I'm not surprised in the slightest..."

He's standing, now, and dusting himself off.

"Yes. Quite literally." Which makes him pause. "I'm fairly sure I wasn't like this before I arrived here, however."

Which is both good and bad and rather distracting.

"You're asking. So I would assume that indicates a desire to know. Wouldn't you agree?"

"Hn, I guess- you might not want to say though." But yes, his expression says 'tell me all, right now..!'

"The outcome is rather obvious, so I doubt that I have much more of my reputation to lose." He shrugs. And those wings are getting experimented with.

"I'd been hearing stories of schoolchildren falling into comas for apparently no scientific or medical reason. They could all be linked back to one deciding factor - they had played a game with one boy in particular - and so when Kuroba decided that he was going to do the same... well. We found out the cause of the comas, at least."

"...Yes, actually. Precisely that."

Hakuba is now very curious as to how you knew that.

"Personal experience, or...?"

"Stories- It looks like your time/world comes from a separate line of events, because Bakura-san and Touzoku are both about 15 years ahead of that kind of thing."
