[If you walk down the second floor corridor towards the grand staircase that leads down into the lobby, you'll notice that someone has appropriated some police tape to erect a makeshift barrier blocking the corridor. If you look over the barrier, you'll notice that something odd has happened to the unoccupied doorways on the left side of the hall.

Ayumi's coming up to this room that Conan is working in with a few interesting companions today- her dueldisk is nice and glowy, and as a result there's a small band of strange electronically oriented critters following her about.

Lesse, a fox, a cobra, a lemur and a pheasant...

This isn't how you re-enact Momotaro Ayumi. "Eh..?" Oooh, what's Conan doing now though..? "Conan-kun?"

"I'm busy, Ayumi-neechan!" Conan is concentrating on making sure that his safety cordon encircles the chair thoroughly, although he does spare the animals a baleful glance -- that's just what they don't need, animals who can't read the 'keep out' written on the police tape.

She'll make very sure not to get in the way then. "Oh? What are you busy with? Should I put the cards away then?"

Wait her 'pets' are cards? (Though that would explain why they're as big as Ayumi and brightly coloured.)

I'm making a safety barrier around the chair. It's really important that no one touches it! So you'd better put the cards away fast!

FGGH- I just remembered. This is the Conan who doesn't like Ayumi isn't it? :'D

"Hai hai..." Clicking the Duel Disk off and... -fzzt- Animals all gone now. "What's the barrier against?"

It's to stop anyone touching the chair! Something bad might happen if it's bumped.

Good time for her to attempt to smooth things over then! :D!

"Ah!" Definitely not touching it then! "It's a good thing it's fenced off then..! You don't need help with anything do you?" Because if this thing is molecularly unstable...

Then what does that mean for what you're working on next?

Um ... I guess you could make sure everyone knows not to touch it ... oh, and make sure no one tries to cross the barrier on the second floor! Those doors aren't stable either.

And now. She can actually move to spread the message while guarding second floor. :D

"Second floor..! Got it!" She's also got an idea- and turning the disk back on, turns to a few of the strangely compliant holograms. "Alright... You four- go make sure no one gets past the barrier on the second floor, okay?"

And what do you know, the holograms do just that... (How can they move so far from the duel disk? She supposes it's the mansion really...)

Back to Conan now! "I'll try and make sure everyone knows, okay?"

[Conan blinks then nods slowly.]
