Weather: high 40s, damp, cloudy
Type: Short intervals
Comments: Tried to get my minutes in high done, but couldn't get my heart rate up. About 5-10 minutes warmup around 175, then 3-4 minutes flat around 185-189, 4 minute climb 180-185, two 3 minute laps at Eastern Ave, 180-185. Must have been tired, or I'm just out of practice. Or maybe I need to have a training partner to push myself that hard. I should try to get to some group workouts.
Other: Shifting seems better today, although I still can't get into the 13. Brakes also stopped squeaking
