The concept here is incredible and totally heartbreaking. I love the "Hail Mary" that links present and past. Poor Dean... Sob.

This is heart breaking, both the image of little Dean talking to his mom's ghost and no one else, and of adult Dean remembering his mom's awful death so clearly, oh poor Dean! I wanna hug him! I loved how you picked up on that hail Mary comment and developed this.

I think the show didn't address this issue enough, they did at the very beginning (103 I think? When Dean talks to a boy who stopped talking after he saw his dad drown at the lake) and Dean said something about not getting over about seeing a parent die as a boy, but he never actually speaks about it. Poor thing.
