My reaction to 819

I just watched 819 and had to get it out. It wasn't a bad episode, not at all, but it was so rushed through it felt like they tried to fit three episodes worth of plot into one.
So, half of the time it felt something like:

'Hmm.. I'm in Hell. First of all, let me get rid of the clock. That's the only way I can tell if my 24 hours are up but what the hell. Okay, tortured woman, crazy man, schizophrenic woman... Oh, there's Bobby!'
-"Hey Bobby!"
-"You're not Sam!"
-"Sure I am. Torrie Spelling, manicure. See?"
-"Yay, Sam!"
-"Wanna get out of here?"
-"Sure!"
Demon, demon.. wait, Bobby can't tell who's the real Sam! Oh, yes he can. Die, Bitch.
TTFN, Hell!

Meanwhile, on earth:
-"Hey Benny, listen, can I kill you so you can go back to the place we spent a year escaping from and save my brother who hates your guts and tried to kill you?"
-"Wow Dean, that's a lot to - yeah, sure. I've been suicidal anyway, so what the heck."
-"Thanks man. Sorry about your depression. Later!"
And scene.

Back to Sam and Bobby:
Heya, Purgatory!
-"So how you've been?"
-"The usual. Dean died. Didn't try to save him."
-"You idjit. Hey who's that?"
-"Hey, Benny! Long time no see."
-"Whatever. Dean asked for a favor. Let's get you outta here. Oh, look, here's the portal I spent a year searching for!"
-"Cool. See ya, Bobby. Benny, you're next,"
-"You know what? I think I'm gonna stay here and let these vamps kill me, cos I'm suicidal and all. Tell Dean I said Hi."
-"Okay sure. I'm in no rush but I'll leave you here to rot. TTFN, Benny! "

I should definitely stop now, but you get the main idea.
