The mystery of the cut scene from 10.01
Spoilers for future episodes! (Not major ones though. Not much more than you can see in the S10 promo)
In the season 10 promo we've seen a short scene of Sam looking at old family photos of John and Mary, plus a picture of him and Dean (from Appointment in Samarra right after Sam gets his soul back, how heartbreaking is that?), which they appreantly cut from 10.01.
Or did they?
Clever promo editors who made us believe the 'A Winchester? One of us?' demon was talking about Dean did it again.
Here are the two scenes in comparison.
Can you see it? Not the same scene, not the same episode.
Both are in Dean’s room, but the note scene is much darker, has Sam standing by Dean’s bed and most importantly, he has stubble.
The photo scene is much brighter (even without the glowing effect), Sam’s sitting on Dean’s bed but he has no stubble. I think it’s a different, yet very similar shirt, but either way he looks here like he looks in 10.03 as seen on the sneak peek.
