Sold the Engagement Ring

I finally managed to sell on Ebay the engagement ring I got from my first husband.  It didn't go for much...I didn't really get much of anything for it once you consider the Ebay listing fees I paid for three separate auctions.  But it's out of the house, and that will make my beloved happy.  He thought I was holding onto it for sentimental reasons, but that's really not it...I just hadn't gotten around to selling it because I kept losing it.  (The wedding band got sold at the pawn shop almost as soon as my ex and I split up because I needed money to buy milk, bread and peanut butter.)

I hope whomever wears it in the future gets more enjoyment out of it than I did!
