mar, brown, amanda and i went to the lower east side tonight to go dancing at ruff. somehow i found myself wanting to go back to cake shop the whole time (which we ended up doing).
those manhattan "indie" dance clubs remind me so much of the clubs in tampa, and it really doesnt do it for me anymore. i spent three years of my life going to those places every weekend, and im bored, jaded and tired. i also think that because ny is such a fabulous city, i expect so much more.
ive been wanting to do something outside of brooklyn for the past month, and i did. and now i can say "give me my brooklyn for life".
other than that, girls nights with mar, brown and amanda. thai food, boy talk, and inappropriateness. haahha.
