I try so hard not to make waves, and to stay out of people's way, and the one time I'm not so careful, I get in trouble for it. Dan and I had a fight one night, and put together some furniture one night, but we were only in the apartment for six nights then we were gone for six nights. Today is our anniversary, and we had just finished "celebrating" when our downstairs neighbor came up to complain about noise. She wasn't rude or anything, and she seemed friendly enough, but it's like, we have to live here, too, and except for those two nights, I can't think when we've been really loud except for moving stuff in, and we just got back from vacation. Last night all we did was watch a movie starting at 9 o'clock. Before that we moved around some furniture and vacuumed, but we were done at 9 because we started watching a movie. It's just frustrating, because we've only been here for eight nights. Granted, they haven't had someone living above them for like 2 or 3 years, but that's not our fault. It's just that I know that so many people aren't as considerate as I am, but I'm the one getting in trouble. I don't know what it is about me that is so annoying to other people when I'm trying so hard to be invisible. Lately things have not gone so well, which is not a good start to the school year. I have a dentist appointment on Thursday, and my luck is I'll have cavities.
