This week was my family's annual big camping trip in Mendocino, California. It was so great to visit everyone! Jane came down with me and met my siblings and extended family for the first time. We all spent the week lounging, eating, hiking and laughing. Any camping trip that involves firing up a generator to make blended strawberry margaritas is a success, IMHO.
Right now we're on our way back, which is an 850-mile epic journey. Thank goodness for audiobooks, Lady GaGa CDs and fantastic company. With a very special nod to wheat thins & cream cheese, the official road trip snack food of J2.
