part troll - the night of the show
So, last night we went to see Bill Baileys remarkable guide to the orchestra.........and it was so much fun! The orchestra was fantastic, Bill was on his usual top form and the Royal Albert Hall is just......well, wow! i loved it!
we were sat in the stalls to the left of the stage and had a brilliant view cos were were level with the front of the stage! Bill making his appearance playing the organ was excellent, altho i kinda totally expected thats where he'd be when the orchestra started playing the opening.
Chris, what did you think of it? I thought of you when he played with his theramin ;)
you weren't allowed to take photos, but a few people were being naughty so we tried to grab a few too. but i forgot to take the camera, so we had to settle for shitty phone photos.
