hmmm..., depends on who owns the cemetary. If its an Orthodox community and what not..., I read this news report once. A Jewish man had purchased, actually bought a plot in a Jewish cemetary, years later he strayed away from strict observance and got involved with another religious entity. Even though he had ownership of the plot..., they were refusing to honor and allow him to have burial there. So, there was a suit and thus the article. Interesting aye?!
