Okay, I suppose I owe everyone a message!:)
New York was AWESOME. I mean, granted, I woke up at 5:30 since SOMEONE said we're leaving at 6:00 but didn't leave 'til like, 7:30... j/k. But seriously, we really had no problem getting there AT ALL. We stopped at CVS for some "pb"s or "pinks". The drive up was pretty fun. Anh wanted room to sleep so she sat in the back so I sat in the front, helped a bit with directions (but indeed, Vince was the road master), and generally kept people entertained. Vince's smooth brakes, weird truck guy honking at us, Webe! (Connecticut Radio station...)
We had the info session and then the tour. I'm pretty satisfied with everything. It was a bit different than what I imagined. A lot more homey and quaint actually. It's in a less busy part of the city so it seems like there is really kind of a campus and Washington Square Park is right smack dab in the middle of it. I love. Not to mention each dorm room gets its own bathroom :)!
We fooded ourselves at McD's on the drive home and things got a bit out of hand after I drank my um... Orange Lemonade Raspberry Iced Tea Coke. Got the giggles and all of us were pretty wiped. Lol, Vince trying and failing to be a perv, lol. Then I called Jenessa and things got a bit crazy then too... all the songs and acting and what not...
We got home and went to Dairy Barn and sat outside Jenessa's house in the back(trunk area) of Vince's car as a surprise. Soooooo funny. People driving back stared at us.... And the windows were steamed up so when I pointed it out Anh did the Titanic handprint thing. Oh man.
When I got home, I was sooo beat and I still had the second half of Lord of the Flies. Seeing as I could barely keep my eyes opened, I decided to take a personal health day friday. I came back in to sign a few things for Ms. DiMascio and then Jenessa, Anh, Cynthia, and I went to the mall, then to Kamman, dropped off Jenessa, and then went back to the mall so I could go to work. I looove the new digital cameras and Heather was awesome as always. Mmmm... buffalo chicken.
After work, Anh and Cynthia picked me up and we went over to Dunks to surprise Jenessa as she got out of work. We got into the parking lot and circled Vince's car before Anh figured out how to park in the right direction so she couldn't see our faces when she came out. Then, we put Cynthia in the trunk (it's not that bad, I've ridden in the trunk from the Train Station to the police station parking lot in Randolph, ok?), and I told her to act like The Ring girl and rise out of the trunk when Jenessa comes out and we pop the trunk. Meanwhile, Anh and I put our seats all the way back and laid down on our bellies so she couldn't see us and we could look at the same time. Soooo funny. Before we left the parking lot, we circled the car a few more times just for fun! LoL After that, we knew that she was gonna stop at home, so we beat them there to scare her again. We're stupid and crazy, we know.
So now I'm home again, finally. Tired. Beat. Work tomorrow. Whatever.
