(and reenalaughalotz,)

I've watched roughly the first six episodes of Gossip Girl. I am not necessarily engrossed, but it's entertaining in a teen soap opera sort of way. I do not WHOLEHEARTEDLY disagree. I think they are really different. I just like the show better.

Also, isn't it funny how the show totally turned Jenny on her head, in that she idolizes Blair and wants to be her/be her BFF? Whereas in the books, she is OBSESSED with Serena. Drawing pictures of Serena, wearing Serena's bra, etc.

I'll tune in for season 2, I think. I've had a couple of WTF episodes, but I'm most of the way through the first season now and I'm still entertained.

I like looking at the clothes and the hair. I LOVE both Blair and Serena's hair. Love it.

You're liking it more than I expected you to. BUT WAY TO PICK THE WRONG SIDE. :P

Hmm. After watching more last night (I think I'm up to 11 now?), I'm beginning to like Blair a bit more. I thought she was just this raving bitch at first but she's really very... emotional, sensitive, and she always seems to get the shit end of the stick (except for being a rich princess, but whatever). I think I like the adult drama (this whole Lily-Rufus-Allison thing is hilarious) a little better than the high school drama, if that makes any sense.
