Rock Band 2 - my impression
Set-up the drum set and placed the strap on (I just typed strap on hahahaha ahem...) the guitar...wasn't in the mood to even try guitar...and IMO, I'd rather just learn to play guitar if I'm going to that much trouble to learn something...regardless, I sat down at the drums...other than having NO coordination, no mistake recovery (you know, you screw up and then manage to get back on beat and correct) and will NEVER be able to do both vocals and drums at the same time...I FUCKING HAD A BLAST.

You even create a band symbol/logo, customize your singer...omg he's kinda hot and I tattoo'd him...he has a snake tattoo emerging from his front beltline above his pubic bone lol...I couldn't help it. Kinda neat customizing and I think I did that longer than I played with song part...I'm gay, stfu.
Doyle got slapped with a drumstick upon making fun of me in the middle of "Hungry like a Wolf". He wasn't happy and went upstairs after that...he refuses to partake of any of it...I even let him have his choice of guitar, vocals or even drums, but he declined. Asshole...this was something we could have done together...whatever, I'm enjoying it and have MUCH to learn...I'm still on easy mode and nailing 1/2 the songs for 80 something percent accuracy.
My complaint: Knee and ankle pain. I have no type of "drumming chair/stool" and have been sitting on couch trying to do this...results: kick petal has caused me dire pain and swelling. I cannot rest my foot on pedal and have to rely on ankle strength to push pedal instead of calf strength....like you're supposed to. My issue and attempting to find a cheap/easy resolution...or something.
Vocals were fun too...when I was in the room alone. I'm NO singer, I have no range and just rely on different pitches to get notes lol...it works on the game and I'm hitting songs for 90% and above while on tour.
Overall, very worth the money and jamming to Boston songs or Police hits or David Bowie albums ready for me to add...lots of choices and I've only started! I should be halfway decent within a month...pending the drummer chair thing...otherwise I'll be gimping around like House on a cane.
