It seems that I offended quite a few of you with my tone the other night. I sincerely apologize. Perhaps it would be best if I were to properly introduce myself to all of you. What were your duties as Emperor, Tsuki?

I exercise control and supervision over the entire executive branch and my countersignature is required for all laws and Cabinet orders. I personally appoint all Cabinet ministers, can dismiss them at any time. I am commander in chief of the Japanese Armed Forces... I am also responsible for appointing all judges of the Supreme Court and high priests of the Church.
