OK...so here is my first post in roughly...let's see...about 3 weeks or so, I think.
No much to really report in all honestly. My life seems to be is in a constant boring, swirling, funk...I am constantly tired and am on edge for some reason. I haven't felt laid back for a long, long time. I hate saying this, but I need to get hammered so bad. Seriously. I think one of the number one reasons why things are so wierd right now for me is the fact that I am living in someone else's house. I mean...the Hemphill's...they are perhaps the kindest, nicest people ever for letting me stay here, but I just want to have my own place and be able to put my feet up, be rude, burp and drink beer whenever I want. Know what I'm saying? Seth is styaing here too and he is feeling the same way. We are both on edge 75% of the time...just because it is the same crap all the time...no change. He works all day then takes night classes at Pierce and then comes home. I get up at 5:15 every day, go teach, go to practice, then come home. It sucks. Sooooooooo boring. And then when we are at home it feels like it is back in HS. I know his parents don;t try for it to be like that...they are really cool people, but just like we aren't used to living with authority, they aren't used to living with "kids" again. It sucks. Right now all I want for Christmas is my own place. *sigh*
So...that is that. In other news...basketball is kinda starting to seem not as fun right now. I mean...basketball itself is awesome...it's just taht St. Martin's sucks. We are in the middle of resurrexcting the St. Martin's Men's basketball program and as a member of the coaching staff it is one of the most frustrating things I have ever been a part of. The guys are all great and I think they could be a really good team, it is just that they aren't used to winning at all. And that kind of attitude is hard to reverse. Frustrating.
School is easy...all I have to do now is finish my Unit Plan and then turn it in. My last day is December 8th. Then I am officially done. Done. DONE. *sigh* I honestly can't wait.
Hey...Thanksgiving break is four days away and the Zags won last night. I guess there are a few good things going on. :)
