My art professor kept my last piece for an extra day or two in order to photograph it and use it in future classes as an example of what a good project should look like. im pretty pleased with that. it's validation in a small way.
I literally have nothing to eat or drink in my house other then beer, whisky, candy, and less then half of a jug of milk.
