So, when people say "Happy birthday", are they trying to encourage you to have a happy birthday, or ask you if you've had a happy birthday, or suggest t hat you have a happy birthday.
Because I don't feel one tiny shred of happiness, despite everyones prodding "happy birthday"s. I feel like shit. I'm twenty, and I have nothing to show for it. I still dress the exact same way I did in middle school, ecxept I may have been a bit more stylish back then. And I am way fatter than I ever imagined, so the clothes I do have don't fit me. And of course I am no longer in any shows, nor do I have any friends that I consider close, nor do I have a working car or a kitty or even a pair of fucking shoes that don't hurt my feet or say Old Navy on them. This is the least happy I could imagine. So fuck that stupid birthday song.
I don't deserve to be twenty. I feel like I'm 12. And I look like I'm an obese 15 year old.
