a happy post? on LJ??? unheard of!
Today = best day in months.
Just got back from seeing the touring production of THE PRODUCERS (my current absolute favorite movie/musical, in case the icon hadn't clued you in). It was amazing. I was really nervous, honestly, because the touring shows that come here are always ok but not great. But this one. Wow. That's all I can say. They didn't neglect any details ... perfect costuming, perfect casting, amazing scenery. I have nothing to complain about ... well, except that I want to be a chorus girl in a cheesy musical and that's not exactly a career I can pursue on the side (if I could even sing to begin with). I'll have to make do with my fantasizing.
And to top it all off, I've been productive lately! Now if I could only calm down so I could go to sleep! Producers!! ::swoons::
