I don't know whether to dislike Verizon or my phone. I just got my bill for last month and I noticed a few things. When I had to replace my phone again this time it was because the service sucked and it took a few minutes to connect a call or send a text. Either that or the person on the other end could barely hear me (Think commercial, that was me). So I went and waited the 45 min for them to tell me they were replacing it, so I thought it was taken care of. I had emailed Verizon before I got it replaced telling them that I was recieving duplicate text messages and not to be charged for them.They told me they would take care of it for me and apologized for all the crap I had to go through. So when I got the bill I went through them and I did get charged for the duplicate text messages and I didn't get the credits I was owed for downloads twice for the 2 phones I had to get replaced. So once again I emailed them and told asked them what was going on, and if they could fix it for me. I don't know but having to get the phone replaced 3 times I think I deserve a bit of a break here. Don't get me wrong I like Verizon but when I have to do a run around with them all the time it gets a tad annoying.
