Some highlights from the lease for my new studio (which I'm moving into on Nov. 1st!):
Term 8: The building is created only for housing purpose. Other usages that damage public safety is not allowed, such as bomb storage, drug dealing, gamboling [sic]. Violation of this term will lead party 2 to an early departure, and the deposit will not be reiumbursed.
Term 9: Party 2 is to be courteous and considerate toward other. There will be no loud noises on TV, talking, any pets or even dancing party. Don't put anything in the toilet if the toilet is out of order because of it party 2 has pay for the damage. Violation of this term will lead party 2 to an early departure, and the deposit will not be reiumbursed.
