Camp Liberty: Day 12
Good afternoon, or good morning, whatever time zone you prefer your salutations in,
Not too much going on here.. still. We finish our FFI practical skills exam this afternoon, and we take our exam on Tuesday morning. After that, we start FFII, which will hopefully be done by Saturday. I am hoping that I will be stationed somewhere by next Monday, but you never know around here.
The 11 people in our group that didn't have to go through this training all left yesterday, leaving our group to 7 people. One of the 11 quit today. He was having problems being away from his wife and kids, which is understandable.
I'm starting to feel more at home now. I hoped it wouldn't take too long. And yes, I am still sunburn free. :)
We went over our schedules the other day. It looks like I will be traveling all day on May 11th, and will be home on May 12th. Seems like forever and a day away, but that'll be it.
