Dallas, TX - Not the place for sushi

At least at the Aramark-run cafeteria at work's training center. Not that I expected much, but even in the context of fry or baste in grease nearly everything, this sushi was decidedly blah. Three more days left here until heading home, which leads me to my question -

I have all day Saturday off. Is anyone near Dallas and/or know of someone in the DFW area that'd be willing in saving me from the hotel?
