Vacation Time!

Jul 18, 2004 22:04

Well Folks, I am leaving for vacation in a few short hours and I will be gone until next Saturday (July 24th).  I will miss you all terribly during this tour of New England by way of Mini-Van.

Here are some notes before I go:

--Presents Day is Saturday, July 31, 2004.  I was thinking we could do dinner at my home and a swimming thing of course all centered around the opening of gifts.  Karen and I said we would just cook the Dinner Party food we already have, my mother said something about providing side dishes to compliment our chicken recipie.  Comment if you have ideas/questions/comments.

--The Massilon DCI show is Sunday, July 25, 2004.  I would really like to go and see some good corps.  I think that Anthony, Stephanie, Karen, and Mike all expressed interest in going with me.  Here is the show/ticket information.  http://www.profootballhoffestival.com/  I was thinking we should sit in the reserved section maybe?  Thats fifteen dollars a ticket, but we could probably see better and would be closer to the fifty yard line.  What we have to do is to talk to some strangers :\ and order some tickets, because they are more at the gate.  I will be out of the country visiting our neighboors to the north this week so I am asking for someone else to do the stranger talking and the coordinating.  I will have limited e-mail contact and cell phone usage throughout the next week, but I'll try to stay in contact.  I will also gladly pay my fifteen dollars to the person who fronts me and buy them a soft drink at the show. :)  Let me know what everyone thinks of this idea, I hope I provided enough information for everyone.  I was hoping we could do the planning before I left so I could take care of the talking to strangers part but we didn't. I'm sorry.  Hopefully everything will be okay.

I already miss you all.  I hope I haven't given you all a heart attack with this overload of information.  Please comment here or e-mail me at jdevore@ashland.edu or call my cell, I'm not posting the number.

See You Soon,

Justina
