I don't know if you've noticed, but I haven't arrested Straw-Hat here yet, and I don't intend to while everything is falling down around us.

So give it to me straight, because I only give a damn as far as trying to figure this out. Blackbeard's not on any of the major villain lists for this town right now. He's considered minor. But that's exactly what he was considered in the Whitebeard crew. Maybe he got tired of waiting and wanted to make his entrance known with a bang. Literally.
