[Walking down the street in an odd purple dress is a very pale women with golden eyes and an air of not being QUITE right about her. She'll cheerfully wave to Kotetsu as she goes down the street humming a tune that for some reason or other just pings as creepy]

Yeah, like criminals and stuff! I'd say most of them are dishonorable, but I guess some would want the oblivion...and um, dark whisper...stuff...?
