In the midst of the current hysteria and chaos I present to you something you most likely do not want to consider and that is this: A trap has been set before us and we have walked into it.
The Joker is no fool. Examine closely his crimes in the past. That he would be so careless with this one does not add up. Did he just become clumsy? No....No, the Joker wanted to be caught.
The reason he was taken into custody so easily is that he allowed it. Now we must ask ourselves: Why would he want to be caught? Well, he could be exploring the internal workings of the police. Nothing gives you a sense of how an organization would make an arrest like being arrested. Conveniently, it would seem he is also being transferred to Elysium-Same level that his victim is currently hospitalized in.
