So the things I'm worried about are:
* Odo/Kira. Not want, because ASEXUAL!ODO DAMMIT. There were so many better ways to handle the S2-S6 part of that story arc, none of which the writers took. :P But anything that makes Odo happyface is an instant YES for me - so I know I will be all invested in the S7 Odo/Kira arc, and then the writers will take and tear my heart in little pieces and dance on it, like Steven Moffat in a penultimate episode. ;P Only there is not a Moffat-esque final episode. :-(
* Ezri. Specifically, the writing of Ezri. It is reputed to be baaaaaad. (I mean, [spoilers]Julian/Ezri? Worf/Ezri?[/spoilers] *boxes writers' ears* HAVE SOME IMAGINATION ALREADY!)
* OTT use of the mirrorverse - aren't there several more mirror eps? (I wanted so much more backstory for mirror!Odo and mirror!Quark, who are dead - and I have no interest in the Intendant's arse, or indeed in ladies snogging at all. ;P Although mirror!Bareil was an interesting male Bajoran... I have no words. XD That did make me happy.)
* No more Ferengi episodes? Am I right about that? I like Ferengi episodes (especially when René directs them); "Magnificent Ferengi" was just a fabulous tour-de-force of OMG ARMIN DID IT. He set out to make the Ferengi three-dimensional by being Quark, and he succeeded magna cum laude. XD
* Weyoun. "Ada". The Dominion in general. Weyoun's only died once yet, so there isn't very much time for all the other Weyouns to crop up - there's so much canon I've heard in passing that has to be squeezed in ([spoilers]Section 31! the Hundred Changelings! the Sisko backstory! Pah Wraiths and Fire Caves and Bajoran!Dukat and Winn/Dukat and Damar[/spoilers] and... yes I am a spoiler hound, although I hate being told what happens in what episode. ;P), I'm just worried it'll be a huge mix-up in general. :-( I worry a lot. THINGS ARE NOT AS SHINY AS I VAGUELY IMAGINE THEY COULD BE. *wry face*

However, not all is bad. Particularly concerning Ezri - I can see why hearing about this in advance would make you raise an eyebrow and worry, but I think that triangle was actually handled pretty well. Although, I've never had a problem with Ezri. So I suppose people who don't like Ezri would like it less...
Oooooh, I, too, love Ferengi episodes! :D I think there aren't any straight-forward Ferengi episodes, which is a shame, BUT and here's a big but - they do some really cool stuff with the Ferengi and Quark in other episodes. One of them, BTW, is something that starts in the Siege of AR-558, which I'm sure you've already heard about that it's just about one of the most magnificent DS9 (and Star Trek) episodes ever.
I think there's only one Mirror!Universe episode left? TBH - I would have stopped after the first one, so I'm not really in a position to judge. I loved Crossover but the rest felt a bit meh-ish, and became worse the more they progressed. Although there's a couple of pretty good jokes on this one.
Anyway! Things are not as shiny, true, and could have been better, true, and some of the things they did there made me bang my head on the desk (or wall, or hand) repeatedly. But there are still some gorgeous stuff in that season and you should watch it!
