Smoke Rings in the Dark.

"You started this."
"I know, but you went right along with it."
Those words described our relationship,
or lack thereof
If I could change this,
I'd have you care a little more,
and me a little less.
But keep our spots in your car the same,
Bumping elbows and knees in the dark.
You were so comfortable changing outside.
I curled up int he seat,
and blushed when you noticed.
I did go right along with it.
It was because I loved to hear you sing.
And you loved to watch me smoke.
I never laughed at you,
but at the situation we'd put ourselves in.
I found it quite funny,
being the two of us alone in the dark.
Thinking of who we were
and where we stood.
None of it made any sense
but I guess thats the beauty of the whole scene.
That and loosing our shirts.
