Micky had his eyes closed and a small smile on his face. I guess…he’s just in a good mood. Maybe he also thought the show went very well? The rest of the car ride was quiet. We were all getting tired since it was our last job and all before we have to do more work in Japan. We arrived at the airport, still bright and lit against the dark night. It was very empty and quiet in the airport though, which was a little spooky. Usually there is a crowd of fan around or something but I guess that only happens during the day and not at…2am. There were still some glances towards us as we all walked In the airport and got our tickets though. We put our bags on the slide for it to be scanned and when everything was all set, we walked to the correct gate and waited. The plane arrived on time since it was nice weather in both Korea and Japan. A lot of people came off the plane arriving and when it was ready, we all got onto the plane as well. We put our bags onto the top cabinets and sat down in our according seats. Changmin was sitting in the middle between me and Xiah. I looked out the small window to only see a blinking red light on the ground. I looked behind me and the ex-loud Micky was very quiet now…and asleep. Uknow was looking at him with a half smile, probably thinking the same time as me. The manager was sitting next to Uknow. The normal procedures before airplane take offs happened and then we were off to Japan! I quickly fell asleep along with everyone else on the plane. When I woke up again, the airplane was landing. It shook violently as it slowed down and eventually parked infront of the exiting gate. Everyone started to bustle around as they unclicked their seatbelts and got their belongings. We also stood up from our seats and stretched. Micky let out a big yawn and then blinked a couple of times. We got off the plane as quickly as we could. I put on my sunglasses and fixed my hat as i walked off the plane with my bag again. I waited for Changmin and everyone else before we all set off into the crowd. It was early morning so the airport started to get crowded. We followed our manager and exited the airport and into another van. We sat down lazily and yawned loudly.
“Are you all hungry?” our manager asked us.
“Yeesss” we all said sleepily.
Manager laughed, “Okay” and then told the driver where to go. I took off my sunglasses and rubbed my eyes. I stared out of my window and started to beome more awake. Soon I get to see Mimi and then we would be doing our own thing. In a way…that’s sad…but I think I need this for a little bit. I wonder what Mimi is doing right now? I got out my phone and turned it back on. There…wasn’t a single missed call. Aw man! I typed a quick message to Mimi asking where and what she was doing. Surprisingly after a short wait, I got a response back.
Hero! Are you back in Japan yet? I’m excited to see you. Right now I’m…with Chrystal eating breakfast at a local café. Soon we’re going to be a short photoshoot and then spending the rest of the day at the hospital with Cindy! Everyoen else is going to meet us there…you should too!

Hospital? Oh right…I think Mimi told me brieftly about what happened. She actually…didn’t seem that worried after a while. I remember she called me one time and sounded very scared and paranoid but then another time she called me…she sounded fine. But I’m glad shes okay, along with her friends. I looked around the van and no one was sleeping, they were just being quiet.
“What are you all doing after work?” I asked.
“Hmm…probably go out to eat?” Uknow said. The van stopped and manager got out. We were at some bread store. Oh, I guess that’ll be our breakfast!
“Are you going to join us Hero? Or are you going to go straight to Mimi then airport?” Xiah asked.
“Airport?” Changmin asked, “Ooh right, you’re going to Korea with Mimi”
I nodded and smiled, “Hmm…I’ll join you guys to eat of course! Then meet up with Mimi”
“Ah…would this be our last meal together?” Micky asked a little sadly.
Uknow laughed as he nudged him, “What are you talking about? We’re still going to be talking to each other!”
“Yeah, we just won’t be seeing each other EVERY single minutre of our life…” Xiah said with a smile.
Micky laughed, “Ah, I guess so. I’m excited to start what I’m doing”
“Me too” Changmin said, “How about we have a weekly meal together or something?”
“Eh? Would we have time for that?” Xiah asked.
“Would we even be in the same country?” I asked curiously.
“I think we’re all going back to Korea for this project” Uknow said.
“yeah, and then also do a Japanese version” Changmin added in.
“Alright!” Micky said loudly, “Then we’ll do a weekly meal get together!”
“Okaay!” I said cheerfully as well. We laughed as manager came back into the van. She questioned us…why were laughing but we decided not tell her. It’ll be our own little secret…or at least until she finds our with her magical ways. We got our breakfast. I had a decent crossaint while everyone else had other types. Micky seemed to really like his which seemed American styled. He described it as “energizing”…whatever that means! We arrived at our first photoshoot of the day. It was already 10am and my butt was falling asleep after sitting for so long! I was happy to get out and into the building after saying our polite greetings to the other workers in the building. It feels normal now to switch from Korean to Japanese within hours. Apparently our Japanese have even improved even more…which makes sense. We went into the changing room and put down our stuff. We quickly changed into the clothes were suppose to wear. They were all…pajamas! Today’s photoshoot was pajama themed for guys. I wore a very comfortable loose shirt and pants as my pajamas. Somehow, it suited me. Uknow had to wear a tanktop with long pants as well. Changmin was…shirtless…and just pants. He questioned if the stylist just forgot his shirt or something. We told him that was unlikely. Xiah had something that was like Uknow’s but different color. Micky had what I was wearing, also in a different color. Then we got out make up done and our hair fixed. It wasn’t messy or anything, but it wasn’t specially styled either. We all headed off to the set and found props we were suppose to use. We began with our group one where we layed on futons and pretended to be sleeping. It felt like we were just back in our condo! Sleeping in the same room…that’s normal! Then we had our single shots. I slept with a big pillow that had a pig’s face. It was actually very soft and cute. I cuddled it closely and prtended to sleep. Sometimes rolling around with it and throwing it in the air. Everyone else went but I didn’t pay attention closely. Instead I played silly games with everyone else. It was a quick photoshoot and it ended soon. No interview was needed!
We were brought to other photoshoots after that one. One of them was the complete opposite of the pajama theme! We were in formal wear and pretended to be dining at somewhere expensive. It was a little fun though…to show our own style of being eitque. We were told to imagine we were having our first serious date with a girl infront of us and of course…I imagined Mimi. It was easier that way! We also had a photoshoot with jewelry; engagement rings by some company. We were all amazed at how they looked…and by their prices! We were scared to lose or drop them as well, so we were EXTRA careful! We got to choose our own style and then there was a brief interview about why we chose it. Overall, it was fun. When we were finished with our work that day, it was close to 6pm and we were already exhausted.
“Time to eeaatt!” Micky sang in a deep scary voice.
“YUM FOOD!” Xiah sang in a high pitched voice. They laughed as they started to change again.
Uknow came in patting his stomach and going, “Hungry hungry hungry” in his low voice as well.
Changmin was quiet until he suddenly pat his stomach, “Ahhh, so hungrryyy”
“What should we eat?” I asked as I finished changing.
“Hmm…Sushi?” Xiah asked.
“Hot pot!” Uknow said.
“Hot pot!” Micky also said.
“Sushi?” Xiah asked looking at Changmin.
Changmin shook his head, “Hot pot!”
I laughed, “I agree to hot pot too!”
Xiah sighed but then smiled, “Okay hot pot!”
It was agreed we would all eat hot pot then. Manager agreed and the staff members came and joined us for our meal. Everyone was hungry was we waited for our food to come! The water boiled so nicely with floating tofu and vegetables. After our manager said an encouraging speech and we raised our glasses and cheered. Ahh, this is good. Changmin devoured the food. Like always, his stomach seems to be an empty hole. When we finished eating…he still said he was able to eat more food. I was stuff, so I had no idea what he was talking about. We left our manager and staff members after that dinner and caught a cab. We decided to head straight home and just check up on the place. Maybe I should…contact Mimi again.
Hey. We just finished a day of work and dinner as well. We’re just going to check up on the condo and then come to the hospital. Meet you there?

Micky was peering over my shoulder and I closed my phone closely. He sat back with a smirk on his face as he crossed his arms, “Oooh, was that Mimi?”
I nodded, “Yes”
“You’re very direct and don’t try to hide it…” Xiah said.
I laughed now, “Why…would I hide it?”
Xiah shrugged, “I guess you’re not that type of guy!”
I laughed back…still confused what he was talking about. We arrived back at the condo and eagerly opened the door. It was dark until we turned on all the lights. Xiah scurried across the floor and jumped onto the couch. Micky laughed as he did the same thing and flopped intop of Xiah. It looked…painful. We checked to make sure there wasn’t like…a secret fan burglar or something. We all sat on the couch and stared at the TV…which was turned off.
“So…you’re going to leave tonight?” Uknow asked me.
I nodded, “Yeah and probably stay at our place in Korea”
“Then?” Changmin asked.
“Visit my family and such” I replied simply.
“Remember! Weekly meal get togethers!” Micky said as he patted my shoulder.
I stodd up as I grabbed my bag and looked back at them and laughed, “I know I know”
Xiah waved like a little child, “See you later!!”
I nodded, “Yeah” I saod softly. For some reason…I feel a little sad.
“Don’t cry when you’re away from us!” Micky teased.
Uknow hit Micky softly, “We’re going to be seeing him back in Korea! In…2 days!”
Changmin shrugged, “You never know…Hero could break down and not survive for 2 days!”
I laughed, “Yes I can!”
“Ahh, afterall he has Mimi righhhtt?” Xiah said with a smirk on his face. Now…everyone had one. I laughed and gave a final wave before leaving the room and putting on my shoes. I closed the door behind me and caught another cab. I told him to go to the hospital. It was really quiet in the cab ride except for the music I played softly. It was weird…to be in a cab alone without the other guys around to mess around with. I arrived at the hospital and quickly got out after paying the taxi driver. He seemed happy to go. I walked into the hospital as I carried my bag slung over my shoulder. The automatic doors slid open quetly and it was just…a normal hospital. I was a little…clueless of where to go. There was a lady at the desk who looked up at me with her glasses low.
“Can I help you?” she asked politely.
I walked over to her and nodded, “Ah yes…I’m looking for someone”
“Patient’s name?” she asked.
“Umm….Cindy….?” I said unsuringly.
She looked up at me and laughed, “Ah, don’t be nervous boy. I know who you’re talking about. She and her friends are outside in the garden right now. Go right ahead” and she pointed in a direction.
“Thank you” I said as I followed where she pointed. I eventually ended up at the garden and did see some people outside. I opened the door and heard them talking loudly.
“THE STARS ARE SO PRETTYYYY” one voice said.
“YEAH! PRE PRE PRE PRETTY!” another voice said…I recognized that one. I smiled as I stepped closer.
“Maybe we’ll see a shooting star?!”
“MAYBE! I WANT TO SEE ONE!”
“Is it just me or are the stars…blinking?”
“Don’t they always blink?”
“Huh?!” and they all started to laugh.
“You’re shooting star as come!” I said happily as I appeared before them.
“AH HOLY SHIT” Cindy said as she stared up at me scared.
Mimi laughed, “HERO!” she said. I laughed as I bowed my head a little.
“Awww, don’t leave Mimi!” Rolanda said as she tugged at her arm.
I grabbed Mimi up, “No! She’s leaving with me!” and Mimi just laughed softly.
Chrystal gasped and then sighed, “Okkaayy, I guess you can have heerrrr”
Mimi gasped, “You can give me up that easily?!”
Chrystal nodded, “…Yes” and Vicky started to crack up laughing with Cindy. Mimi was trying to hold in her laugh but soon joined.
“PUSH ME!” Cindy said demandingly.
“OKAY!” Chrystal said as she grabbed the wheelchair with one hand.
“I’LL HELP!” Vicky said.
“…How?” Chrystal asked.
“Umm…we can each push one side?!” Vicky said with a laugh.
“OKAY!” Chrystal said and made room for Vicky. Together they started to push Cindy who had a camera on her lap. Rolanda followed behind them and soon was in the middle of Chrystal and Vicky, also pushing the wheelchair. Mimi was laughing at her silly friends with me as we followed. I swung our holding hands a little and she looked up at me happily.
“Did you pack yet?” I asked.
She nodded, “Yup! It’s in Cindy’s room”
“Okay” I said back with a smile, “Are you ready to leave then?”
Mimi smiled and nodded, “Hmm…I guess so. Today I spent a nice day with my girls…”
I smiled, “Realllyyy? Tell me all about it during the airplane flight!”
Mimi laughed, “Okay!”
When we reached Cindy’s room, they were already back and high fiving each other.
“YAY teamwork guys!” Vicky said cheerfully.
“Yay us!” Chrystal added in.
“Wooo, even I helped with something!” Rolanda said.
“Good job Wanda!” Cindy said. She was already in bed and under the blankets. Her camera was on the desk next to her bed. We sat around for some more, allowing Mimi to talk to her friends until we leave for our flight. Visiting hours were over and we had to leave Cindy who seemed tired anyways. We all headed out of the hospital and the girls seemed very friendly with the lady at the front desk who helped me. She was smiling at me and waved goodbye. We stood outside and I watched as Mimi hugged each other. I was forced to hold her luggage.
“Awww, I’m going to miss you guys” Mimi said.
“We will too!” Vicky said.
“We lovveee youu” Rolanda said.
“Make sure to come back to us!” Chrystal said.
Mimi laughed, “What does that mean?!”
“Nothinggg” Chrystal said.
Mimi came back to my side and they waved good bye reluctantly. They started to head towards the parking lot, as they screamed, “BYE MIMI, WE LOVE YOOUU CALL US!” loudly. I wonder if some patients woke up! Mimi looked up at me and smiled as I looked back down at her. I think I saw her eyes a little watery but she wasn’t crying or anything. I wrapped my arms around her shoulder tightly and pulled her closer to me as we waited for a taxi.
“Off to Korea we goooo” Mimi said softly.
I laughed, “Yes, with you”
