Hello! I started this LJ a couple years ago when I got into the Sherlock fandom, but haven't really used it. I'm dusting it off, since people seem to be drifting back over here from Tumblr.
I sometimes make fan art and have written some short ficlets, all of which are on my AO3 and my Tumblr.
I'm fannish but more for the products of fandom rather than the minutia of the show. It's a great show, but it's what people do with it that's most compelling to me. I'm rather addicted to fan fiction. Fan art gives me an excuse to try things and an audience to show it to.
I'm a mom of one (Girlchild), I'm currently a student, I'm old enough to have worn a FRANKIE SAYS RELAX t-shirt without nostalgia or irony.
