Uhhhhmmm... Things have been... eh lately. I've been working a lot. I guess that's good. I'm going to be working a lot every week now... at least until we hire someone new. I'm tired all the time but I guess it's better than sitting at home in my bed.
Friday was Q And Not U at the ICC... all ages. Fucking guestlist. I love CPR. We thought it would be packed because of the whole all ages deal but it ended up being about half-packed. We somehow managed to miss every single opening band even though we really wanted to watch Horses. I mean... Food For Animals?! no. Anyway... Kirk got all drunk on red wine. He's such a wino. Blah. Q played well... I've definitely seen them better. The crowd was super fucking lame. The only other people dancing were this one skanky girl who kept putting her hair up while her shirt almost slid off her and this stupid kid with an almost-afro who was just like shaking. Just stop. Whatever. We made fun of everyone then proceeded to make it rowdy for Line In The Sand and duh, So Many Calls. Besides that it wasn't really that much fun. A Q show can't be that good if you're not drenched in sweat. (see Kirk Sutherland @ the YWCA show 2003)
We hung out for a while after the show. I talked to some kid who printed some posters for that show and bought one. It's cute. I talked to John for a while because we made a pact to talk more. He's not as intimidating as I thought he was. OMG. Kirk & I HATE la mi vida violenta soooooooo much. They are horrible. Seriously. Can they just stop. And stop being at every Q show we go to. Eh, at least we get to make fun of them. Uggghhh... Anyway, I still had Catherine's wallet and since she was going to see Q the following day I had the brilliant idea to give them her wallet. I'm genius, I know. Talked to Chris for a while. He's fun. He was making fun of the girl who kept putting her hair up and then he was like, "I saw you... You guys were right over there(points). I POINTED AT YOU GUYS!" Hahaha can you belieeeeeeeve?! We're sooo0o0o0o kewl. Rah. We talked to Harris for a lil bit. I seriously want to be friends with him. He's so sarcastic. Oh, Chris said that they're not going to tour for a while which is fine, but I think we've just got used to seeing them more frequently. It'll be sad for a while. We said our goodbyes and I got a few hugs... And we leffffft.
On the way home I got tea.

We came back here and I made fucking pina coladas. Yum. For some reason we were both reeeeeally tired so we just crashed. Saturday I took Kirk out for Vietnamese food and flower tea. It's so good. We did a bunch of other shit. Kirk got a new messenger bag cause he's so political. blahblahblah.
Today I went to the mall to get my mom Mother's Day stuff. I guess everyone else did too. Yeah, I so wasn't up for dealing with crowds so I just came home and took a nap. I'm so regressive it's awesome.
I hate how I've been feeling so lonely lately. I mean, I know I can be around people if I want but they're stupid people and I don't want to be around them. I definitely need to try to meet some new people. Where are all the amazing people?! Eh, I'm no good at socializing anyway.
So... I have this huge doctor's appointment on Wednesday. I'm excited/nervous about it. Big plans in the works. Eeps.
