the midnight ride
We left at about 1 o'clock, destination, not shure.
Andrew and I went to marsh to start out our night after fixing his bike. We bought a box of pop-tarts and a six pack of IBC root beer. Then we decided, were going to the K-mart in elwood.
About six miles into the bike ride we came across one of the coolest things I had ever seen/heard. Giant electric lines out in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. The hum tore into your mind. It was great.
after about three long hours of riding we made it to our destination. Elwoods K-mart. we sat down, had a root beer and grabbed a sign for a suvenier.
The trip back was painfull but beautiful. the sun was starting to rise as we got into town and I was torn between staying outside and watching and getting to the bed that had been screaming my name since we had started back from elwood.
all in all it was a good road trip.
