updating

Vacations going to an end, this doesn't bring a good feeling...
But now I'm taking more and more serious, practicing more and more the 3.6 mil. meditation. Now that does bring a good feeling:)
Can somebody tell me how can I do my meditations when my work begins? Because I always have problems with keep going with it when I have to work... any fantastic idea???
