my hip must of dislocated when I ran last week. This week is week #2 of my "forget & remember" diet.I might write a book on it.It is a combination of running, killing yourself slowly/gradually, skipping dinner, eating like a polar bear trying to retain heat (on weekends), did I mention RUNNING? Oh yes. It's working! Last week, every 5 inches of my body was hard to lift, and the pain of each limb was undescribable. I had to run up the stairs too, of my homeschool(for summerschool classes) since I had only 30 seconds till' the next bell, and what happened, I twisted my hip. Is that possible, you're most likely to question.Well, it's better, and my cold has not left me yet.I can't determine which area hurts more,the pain on my butt, my calves or the ache on each thigh. With the combination of my low immune system(from this damn cold) and with this high exercising routine...my diet has really kicked up a few notches. Its GREAT! I love running now, wow...my determination has proved true once again.lol. ohh &&& my mommy's actually supporting me too. We're supporting eachother, cause that's the only way things will get done around here in my family.
4 more weeks till' school starts!
