I had my interview today and got the job!
I can't really advertise where it is I'll be working because it compromises the safety of many, including my pets, believe it or not. Suffice to say it's part of what I do best and I know I'm going to love it there.
I considered keeping the job with Brown in addition to this new one, but now I've changed my mind. I want to devote all my work energy into this new position. So good-bye Brown. I won't miss working at 3 in the morning, even though I'll be on call for graveyard shifts at this new job. My potty mouth will be tamed and I may lose some of those hateful feelings for Pottery Barn.
I'm so damn excited. My new boss is calling me later today with the schedule.
