Um, DC Chris Skelton. Date...probably January 7th, even though it was different when I left home. Time...half past-ish. I thought I should maybe do a report on what I've figured out so far, even if it's not very much. Figured out about the crime with all the organs, I mean. I conducted an interview with the victim maybe about...three or so days ago. A few. Forgot to record it though, sorry, boss, though I took notes.
[Rustling noises of Chris flipping through his notebook.]
Her name's Rachel Phillips and she's American. Or was. Or is. I dunno what you say about zombies. All of her bits probably grew back cos she has her eye but I couldn't check the other bits cos they're inside her and it's rude t' ask ladies about their insides. Mum allus said something like that, anyway. I don't think she was talking about this exact incidence but s'better to be safe, yeah?
Anyway, I asked her about the night she died and she says she doesn't remember much. She remembers going home and...a lot of painful stuff, like, but only sort of grey shapes and muffled noises. Lots of repeating of the word "fun", she said. I think. Or else she said she was having fun. Me notes aren't too clear cos I was trying to write without looking at the page. Sorry. Don't think it's likely to be the second one, though. Her body was found on the merry-go-round, so she probably got taken there from wherever she was murdered but I questioned her in her flat and she said there wasn't any sort of mess t'clean up. Maybe forensics should go in? Oh, and I dunno what result you lot...um....two? got on the organs. So I'll wait on that. S'all sort of weird now that Inspector Morgan's gone. There's going to be a new Chief eventually, yeah?

Could probably do with some new policemen or even women. The station's nearly empty and it's so big it's actually sort of creepy, like a ghost town from Westerns or sommat.
Also, everyone was listing what they hate yesterday and I dunno why. Guess it was another curse. I don't really hate anything much. I don't like being lied to, I guess. And I don't like murderers like the ones who gave a bird's organs out as presents.
