Well first lets state the obvious, i havent written in almost a month. Ill throw some stuff out there as i remember it. Christmas was good, i enjoyed giving and spending the time w/ my family. We went to church to hear my mom sing and for an asian dinner again. It was nice.

California was fun. Clair and i hardly fought. I really enjoyed myself, a lot more than last year. I think it is b/cuz it was a better trip. The boat and the wedding were fun. The parade wasnt that bad. I just dont like being wet and hungry for a very long time. Katie dropping her coat in the toilet was a memory.

Theater Fest was interesting. It was nice hanging out w/ Audrey and her friends. I went to a lot of plays by myself, but that was fine. I saw a really great play by Highland Park. It was really well written and acted. Im excited b/cuz a lady i work w/ said shed get me a ticket for their musical.

Finals were fine. I lost an A in Humanities which is sad b/cuz thats a pretty easy class and i had a 93 percent.

The jazz trip was fun. It was nice being with the interesting people on the bus. Kyle Anderson and Peter Thill are funny and entertaining. I learned how to play some of the White Stripes on the bass. I am looking forward to Combo trips now.

Winterball was defining. It just shows that sometimes you do get too old for things. We went w/ a bunch of girls and took pictures, went to Chilis, the dance, and had a ally birthday sleepover. She walked in and the door was supposed to be locked but Marni unlocked it so it was one of those awful surprises. Failure.

Sunday night we wanted to do something spontaneous, so we went to Chicago. It was great and i loved it.

So ive gotten into Indiana, Marquette, Augustana, and St. Louis. Waiting to hear from the others. I do not know where im going to go. I think it may be between Marquette and Indiana.

Do you ever think about how much people change? Nikola in my opinion was an ass and very full of himself when i was a freshman. I hear hes a nice guy now and does karate. Everybody changes.

"There are no mistakes. The events we bring upon ourselves, no matter how unpleasant, are necessary in order to learn what we need to learn; whatever steps we take, they're necessary to reach the places we've chosen to go."
- Richard Bach

This is everything.
