I know, not many updates lately. It's been pretty insane around here recently.
Tonight's dinner: Ben's "Oh You Mean *Those* Sinuses" Pepper Steak. Recipe is simple: Take a steak -- tonight's is an inch-or-so-thick NY strip -- and cover both sides in *way* too much black and cayenne pepper and a bit of salt. Cook up on the stove to a nice medium-well in a cast-iron skillet with olive oil and some garlic. Serve with pasta -- rotini tonight -- smothered in pepper-added alfredo sauce (Bertolli brand is excellent).
