I need to quit the Ben & Jerrys and cheesecake or my butt cheeks are going to double in size. I can't afford a new wardrobe. What other heartbreak remedies are out there? Please don't say a rebound fling. That's not an option... I'm quitting sex forever, it makes a mess of everything.
