Around the world?
I love to travel and I'm certainly luckier than most that over the past handful of years I have the time and resources to do a fair amount of it but this little exercise just reminds me how much more of the world I still need to experience! My passport's ready, anyone want to go exploring ;-)

Finally, in defense of my fellow countrymen- as I said, I love to travel and I think experiencing historical sights, natural wonders and foreign cultures first hand are invaluable experiences (not to mention a lot of fun). That said when I leave the Americas I often find that especially Europeans will comment on how poorly traveled the American population is. Can I just remind everyone how BIG the USA is!? While it's probably true that there is a large percentage of Americans who have never left the country many of them travel from state to state which takes as long if not longer than changing national borders in Europe. As for different cultures, no we are not as lucky as Europe on that front but trust be take a girl from Boston Massachusetts and drop her in Miami, Florida or Dallas, Texas, or even Newark, New Jersey and there will be culture shock! ;-) ok, end rant!
