procrastination, hello old friend
I have a problem with procrastination. Not just a little one, a major, should probably join a support group, somewhat pathological one... The strange thing is it doesn't just apply to things I don't want to do it's basically everything lately. Case in point: I leave in ~15 hours for Europe, before I do so I need to work at least 7 hours and since it's midnight now and tomorrow I'll be "sleeping" in the coach section of a red-eye it would probably be good to get some rest. Except, I haven't packed or completed three major projects which need to be turned in before I leave. Ironically upon realizing how ridiculous this is instead of doing something about it I decided to post, perhaps a public confession will encourage some action, I would after all really like to get on the plane with luggage...
OK that's it, I'll go now. You likely won't hear from me for a few weeks (unless the hotels have wireless and I get bored). To those you you I failed to get a postcard to back in June, please know that it is not at the top of my travel priority list. If anyone else wants in on the action (i.e. a postcard from Austria) pm me a mailing address in the next few days and I'm happy to oblige (or at least try very very hard!)
