Second chances
What are your thoughts on second chances? Objectively I believe in them but it's not always so cut and dry. Sometimes I think people never change, sometime I think they do- maybe it depends on the person? I guess sometimes I think I've changed and sometimes not.... I try not to judge people, I try to have an open mind, at the very least I try to recognize that I like everyone else approach people with my own set of biases and prejudices and challenge myself to see beyond but I know I'm not always successful. I've made some bad decisions in my past and I hope that people will not hold them against me forever so I know I should do the same for others but sometimes it's hard. And don't we need to protect ourselves sometimes to say I'm sorry you seem like a nice person and I wish you the best but I cannot forget that you did x... Where do you draw the line? Where do I?
