Guess when the population increases, the monster population has to increase to meet it. Careful going out. We might not know much about our new friends.

What's this about people, uh, turning into rabbits, though? The scientists trying to replenish our food supply or something?

We intended to. We told the chief everything and we urged him to start an investigation on Umbrella, but he wouldn't have it. I didn't understand it then, but I found out later that Umbrella had him under their wing the whole time.
