I haven't checked lately, but some old friends of mine are roaming around there. They aren't exactly welcoming.

We intended to. We told the chief everything and we urged him to start an investigation on Umbrella, but he wouldn't have it. I didn't understand it then, but I found out later that Umbrella had him under their wing the whole time.
