Aoko heard the cursing coming from Kaito’s room before she decided to cross the door. It looked like Kaito was having a hard time doing something and she was scared that it was another of his magic tricks. The last one didn’t end well. Once she entered to the room, Kaito turned to her like a maniac, and he looked like one too, all jumpy and nervous.

She nearly smiled at the scared look of his face, but when she saw him blushing Aoko remember the last time they were alone, and blushed hotly herself. Aoko was sure that she will never look at Kaito’s jaw line the same way as she used to do. The memory of their kisses made her smile, even though the other memories that came with the virus aftermath did not.

“Hi Kaito…I hope I didn’t come too soon. It sounded like you were busy with something."

Aoko looked at the package, Kaito wasn't any good at wrapping but she felt touched that at least he tried it for her. The girl caught it with a thanks and unwrapped it slowly. Once she saw the beautiful rose her breath caught in his throat.

"Oh my..." Aoko was speechless."Kaito it is..it is...really beautiful." She felt like crying for some unknow reason. Damn female hormones. She took the rose in her right hand and gave Kaito a crushing hug, then Aoko realized that she was probably stopping Kaito's breath and left it gone with a furious blush in her face.
